We repair rock chips in windshields.

Not all rock chips are repairable. It’s always best to bring your vehicle down to our shop, so we can evaluate if it is repairable.

IG refers to an insulating glass unit.

IGs consist of two sheets of glass, separated by a spacer bar, with a hermetically-sealed space in between them. This space is either filled with air or gas, such as argon or krypton, which is what actually makes these windows so insulating. These gases have a low reactivity, therefore being more energy efficient than traditional single-pane windows.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for our glass repair and replacement services. Payment is due upon completion of the work. However, we do require a down payment on curtain jobs. The down payment is applied towards your total.

The time it takes to replace a window depends on the size and type of window.

We can give a more precise timeline when we know more about your specific window.

Every windshield comes with a lifetime guarantee against leaks. On the rare occasion that leaking does occur don‘t worry, we got you covered. Call and let us know what problems you’re having, and we’ll have you bring your vehicle in for repair as soon as possible.

Typically it takes 4-5 hours, however, the time varies depending on the complexity of the vehicle.

The urethane/glue itself takes 3 hours for it to dry enough to safely drive down the road.

For an additional charge you can UPGRADE to the fast-drying urethane, so we can have your vehicle ready 2 1/2 hours sooner.

After your windshield is replaced:

Leave the tape on your windshield until the next morning. 

You can also just take it off when you know it will stay parked for the night.

Do not take your vehicle through a car wash for 3 days, water from a simple water hose and Rain will not harm it.

Rock chip repairs are $50 each, plus $15 for each additional rock chip getting repaired at the same time.

If you purchased your windshield from us, the good news is that your first rock chip repair is FREE.

Repairing a single rock chip takes around 30 minutes. Depending on the severity of the chip, It can take longer.

Typically shower glass and hardware will take 7-10 business days for us to receive it.

However, sometimes the glass and hardware for the showers can take longer than usual to come in. We’ll contact you if any delays occur.
